Mirjam Lehismets is a physiotherapist.
Mirjam graduated in 2005 from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tartu as a physiotherapist. She is a former sprint hurdler (European U23 gold in 2005 and Universiade/World University Games’ gold medal winner in 100 m hurdles sprint in 2005). She has a trainer’s certificate with the Estonian Olympic Committee in fitness and gym training. She has trained in physiotherapy, diet and sports medicine and graduated from the Annely Soots Health School in dietary counselling. She has a licence in kinesiotaping. She also has a licence as a FAF (Fitness Academy of Finland) gym trainer and personal trainer.
