Dr Norit is an orthopaedist working both in Estonia and Finland. Dr Norit graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine in 2004 and then started to work in Finland. He completed his residency at Kuopio University Hospital, Mikkeli Central Hospital.
Since 2015, Dr Norit has worked part time at Mikkeli Central Hospital. He is a practising surgeon. In addition to trauma surgeries, he regularly performs endoprosthetic surgeries. He performs more than 200 hip and knee replacement surgeries annually.
He has worked at Sportomedica since the foundation of the clinic.
He has been a member of the Finnish Society of Surgery since 2008.

Dr Kaspar Rõivassepp is one of the most active and appreciated arthroscopy and sports traumatology specialists in Estonia. He graduated from the University of Tartu Faculty of Medicine in 2006 and completed his residency in orthopaedics in 2011. Dr Rõivassepp has participated in many refresher trainings and conferences around the world. He is also a member of ESSKA (the European Society for Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy). Since 2008, he has been the principal physician of the Estonian national football team – a job which has given him long-term and varied experience in treating the widest range of sport injuries. In addition, he offers counselling to and treats many of Estonia’s elite and amateur athletes practising various sports. Patients value his true professionalism, hard-working mentality, friendly attitude and great sense of humour.
